Fridge-clearing frenzy

Today’s lunch starts off with a standard base:

  • 900ml water
  • packet of Knorr Florida Spring Vegetable Soup mix

Now to scour the fridge…

Sunday’s roast remnants:

  • small bowl of peas and carrots (pretty safe)
  • pieces of roast pork

Saturday’s Spanish themed meal leftovers:

  • half a jar of white asparagus (tasty but funny texture)
  • tin of artichoke hearts
  • unused cooked prawns
  • couple of unused egg whites
  • half a pot of double cream

and from a recent Italian themed meal:

  • small bowl of spicy Caesar salad dressing
