Sometimes food diaries can be hard work…

So I’ve munched through a packet of Kasugai peas that my wife thoughtfully bought me for Christmas. Anything dipped in wasabi is, of course, very tasty.

Now I need to find the nutritional information on the packet to add to my diary.

Two of these are pretty obvious – the top one is calories and the bottom one salt but the others…?

After a lot of pattern matching and trying out random nutritional words in online translation websites, I eventually work it out as:

エネルギー Energy
たんぱく質 Protein
脂質 Fat
炭水化物 Carbohydrate
ナトリウム Sodium

So I was wrong with the last one.
