It has finally been decided that the Rattus Norvegicus colony at the end of the garden have to be evicted. It’s probably only a matter of time before they come into the house when the patio doors are open more often in the spring and summer. So, you’ve been cute and your tree-climbing, bird food-raiding and lawn-bounding antics are amusing but start packing your bags.
Sue is in favour of the death sentence, either through poisoned bait or asphyxiating snap traps, but I’m more of a tree-hugger and the money has initially been spent on “The Big Cheese Rat Cage Trap”.
